PAA – PHOSPHORIC ACID ANODIZING

Nano-Mag’s range of ultra-thin aluminum foil process also encompasses the new and highly prized coil conversion of Phosphoric Acid Anodizing “PAA”. A reliable bond between the aluminum substrate and all adhesive based applications begins with the purest and highly critical formation of the phosphoric layer for all things possible. This proprietary method, to create a consistent and uniform anodic layer, is paramount for the success of any secondary step to manufacture honeycomb or celled structure. Aluminum used in light weight, corrosive and structural critical components must be built and the foundation of that structure is the phosphoric anodic layer.

A continuous process, Nano-Mag, can assure a delivered range of alloys, tempers, and gauges to meet the ever-evolving aerospace, marine, automotive and structural world. Emerging markets and current manufacturers of light weight composite materials can source performance enhanced materials directly from Nano-Mag or convert materials to each customer critical application.
